Here is how it usually works. A crew shows up with panels ordered weeks earlier, cut to a rough measurement in someone else’s warehouse. When something does not line up, they trim it, overlap it, and cover the gap with caulk and extra trim. It holds for a while. Then the caulk fails.
We do not work that way.
TopLine Pro Construction owns an Englert rollforming machine. We bring it to your property and form every panel on site, cut to the exact dimension of the run it is going on. Every hip, dormer, chimney, and rake edge gets flashing bent and fitted to that specific detail, not pulled off a shelf.
The result is a roof that seals the way a standing seam system is engineered to seal, with lines that stay straight across the whole elevation. That second part is what people notice from the street.

TopLine Pro Construction is owned and run by our family. Marcos has been in this trade since he was eighteen. I handle the business side. Between us, there is no regional manager, no call center, and no crew you have never met pulling up in an unmarked truck.
We have three kids. We built this company so we could work together and hand our clients something we would be comfortable pointing at ten years from now.
